Our story

The beautiful Georgian Black Pool Mill was built in 1813 to grind flour for Pembrokeshire. After a painstaking restoration and renovation, the Mill now welcomes you to savour delicious food in fascinating surroundings. Whether you are celebrating a special occasion or treating yourself, our seasonal menus will entice and delight.

Our chefs create seasonal menus that are inspired by Pembrokeshire’s warm microclimate, rich soil and clear seas striving to use locally sourced or foraged ingredients.

We reopen on the 10th of April 2025

Black Pool Mill is open from 9am until 5pm, we are open Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Serving Times:

Breakfast  9:00-11:30am

Lunch  12:00-3:30pm

Afternoon Tea  12:00-3:30pm

Sunday Lunch 12:00-4.00pm
(Sunday lunch only, no other lunch or breakfast)
