On September 26th, 2025, join us at Black Pool Mill for an unforgettable evening celebrating the bold and vibrant flavours of Asia. Against the backdrop of our beautifully restored mill, enjoy a three-course feast inspired by the kitchens of Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, China, and South Asia.

A Taste of Asia – The Menu

Take your seat and get ready for an evening of spice, umami, and vivid flavours pulled straight from the Orient. Set in stunning surroundings, settle in for a 3-course feast from the east.

You’ll start your evening with Salted Edamame for the table, a tasty, light, snack to graze on whilst you catch up, chat, and get comfortable with your table. For starters, choose between crispy Vegetable Tempura served with grated mouli (a type of peppery radish) and Japanese dipping sauce, Sticky Korean Chicken Skewers, or fluffy Teriyaki Belly Pork Bao Buns.

For your main  visit Thailand for a spicy Thai Prawn Curry, Vietnam for a warming Beef Pho served with mint and chilli, or Japan for the deep flavours of either Chicken or Grilled Aubergine Katsu Curry.

To finish, take a trip to Southeast Asia with Pandan Brûlée, a fusion dish flavoured with the fragrance of tropical leaves, to China for Five Spice Cake, using authentic blends to create a warming desert, and to South Asia for Pistachio Kulfi, a traditional, creamier take on ice cream. Leave feeling full of food and flavour shared with great company.
